These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the marketing website at endianai.com (the “Site”) operated by Endian AI, Inc. (“Endian AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the endianai.com marketing website. The Coldbrew platform (coldbrew.ai) is governed by its own separate terms of service and privacy policy. Consulting and professional services engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between the parties.

The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes. You may browse the Site, read content, and submit inquiries through the contact form. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

The Endian AI name, logo, and tree mark are trademarks of Endian AI, Inc. “Coldbrew” is a trademark of Endian AI, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You may share links to Site pages and reference publicly available content with appropriate attribution. Bulk reproduction or redistribution of Site content is prohibited.

3. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We will handle your submission in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, obligation to provide services, or binding agreement between you and Endian AI.
